摘 要:近年来,多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像借助新技术、人工智能、影像组学对冠心病的诊断准确率进一步提升,在疾病的诊断、筛查中大力运用,提高了临床应用效能,但也仍然存在一些不足。多层螺旋CT成像技术可迅速捕捉大范围内的容积扫描图像,具有较高的时间、空间分辨率,能获得清晰的图像,且在短时内即可成像。本文旨在对多层螺旋CT成像技术在冠状动脉疾病中的临床应用进展进行综述。In recent years,multi-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging has further improved the diagnostic accuracy of coronary heart disease with the help of new technologies,artificial intelligence and imaging omics,and has been vigorously applied in the diagnosis and screening of diseases,improving the clinical application efficiency,but there are still some shortcomings.Multi-slice spiral CT imaging technology can quickly capture large-scale volumetric scan images,with high temporal and spatial resolution,can obtain clear images,and can be imaged in a short time.This article aims to review the clinical application progress of multi-slice spiral CT imaging in coronary artery disease.
