摘 要:目的:研究蒙药阿木日-6碘钡造影与重建技术联合对于提高CT结肠成像(CT colonography,CTC)图像质量的可行性。方法:选取2020年11月—2022年3月内蒙古国际蒙医医院纳入的25例志愿者,志愿者均接受阿木日-6碘钡造影CTC检查,经CT检查后处理电子清洁肠内容物,处理后的图像按清洁程度分为A、B、C组,测量结直肠肠壁及肠腔空气CT值和噪声(standard deviation,SD)值,计算信噪比(signal noise ratio,SNR)及对比噪声比(contrast noise ratio,CNR)。两名阅片者对处理后图像质量进行主观评分,比较评分一致性及客观图像质量。结果:两阅片者主观评分一致性良好(Kappa值0.788~0.928),总体有效电子清洁为88.8%。三组电子清洁前后各指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),肠壁及肠腔空气SD值均显著下降,SNR和CNR值均显著升高。结论:蒙药阿木日-6碘钡造影与重建技术联合可提高CTC图像质量,具有可行性。Objective To study the feasibility of Mongolian medicine Amuri-6 barium iodide combined with radiography and reconstruction technology to improve the image quality of CT colonography(CTC).Methods Select 25 volunteers included in Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Medical Hospital from November 2020 to March 2022,all of whom were examined by Amuri-6 barium iodide contrast CT colonography.After CT examination,the electronic cleaning intestinal contents were processed.The processed images were divided into A,B,C group according to the cleanliness degree,the CT value and standard deviation(SD)value of colorectal wall and intestinal cavity air were measured,and the signal to noise ratio(SNR)and contrast to noise ratio(CNR)were calculated.Two readers scored the processed image quality subjectively,and compared the score consistency and objective image quality.Results The subjective scores of the two readers were consistent(Kappa value 0.788~0.928).The overall effective electronic cleaning rate was 88.8%.The difference of each index before and after electronic cleaning in the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the SD value of air in intestinal wall and lumen decreased significantly,the SNR and CNR values increased significantly.Conclusion The combination of Mongolian medicine Amuri-6 barium iodide radiography and reconstruction technology can improve the quality of CTC image,which is feasible.
