双源CT对慢阻肺病人骨质疏松的应用价值分析

摘  要:目的:分析双源CT对慢阻肺病人骨质疏松的应用价值。方法:选取2020年4月—2021年12月期间新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院收治的80例慢阻肺患者设为观察组,另选同期的80名体检健康者设为对照组,两组受检者均接受双源CT检测其骨钙水平,并骨密度测量仪检测其骨密度水平,分析两组受检者的股骨、Ward三角区、颈和腰椎、股骨大转子处的骨钙水平以及不同程度慢阻肺患者的骨钙和骨密度水平。结果:对照组骨钙水平为(2.51±0.12)mmol/L,股骨骨密度水平为(0.73±0.06)g/cm^(2),Ward三角区骨密度水平为(0.82±0.06)g/cm^(2),颈和腰椎骨密度水平为(0.99±0.09)g/cm^(2),股骨大转子处的骨密度水平为(0.84±0.08)g/cm^(2),观察组患者骨钙水平及股骨、Ward三角区、颈和腰椎、股骨大转子处的骨钙水平、Ward三角区、骨密度水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同程度慢阻肺患者骨钙水平、骨密度水平比较显示,重度慢阻肺<中度慢阻肺<轻度慢阻肺,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢阻肺病人往往会伴发骨质疏松,且慢阻肺病情越重,骨质疏松病情也越重,通过应用双源CT能够方便快捷地检测患者骨钙水平,从而对慢阻肺病人骨质疏松的判定提供重要依据,具有非常重要的应用价值。Objective To analyze the value of dual-source CT in the diagnosis of osteoporosis in patients with COPD.Methods 80 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and another 80 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of subjects received dual-source CT to detect their bone calcium level,and bone mineral density was measured by bone densitometer.The femur,Ward triangle,neck and lumbar spine of the two groups of subjects were analyzed,the level of bone calcium at the greater trochanter of the femur and the level of bone calcium and bone mineral density in patients with different degrees of COPD.Results In the control group,the bone calcium level was(2.51±0.12)mmol/L,and the bone mineral density of the femur was(0.73±0.06)g/cm^(2),the bone mineral density level of Ward triangle was(0.82±0.06)g/cm^(2),the bone mineral density level of neck and lumbar spine was(0.99±0.09)g/cm^(2),the level of bone mineral density at the greater trochanter of the femur was(0.84±0.08)g/cm^(2),the bone calcium level,bone calcium level in the femur,Ward triangle,neck and lumbar spine,and the greater trochanter of the femur in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The comparison of bone calcium level and bone mineral density level of patients with different degrees of COPD showed that the difference was statistically significant between severe COPD<moderate COPD<mild COPD(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with COPD often have osteoporosis,and the more serious the disease is.The application of dual-source CT can easily and quickly detect the level of bone calcium in patients with COPD,thus providing an important basis for the determination of osteoporosis in COPD patients,which has very important application value.
