摘　　要：目的分析动脉穿刺置管后新型固定方式在成人ICU患者的应用效果。方法采用目的抽样法选取2019年2月至2020年8月河北沧州中西医结合医院ICU收治的120例行动脉穿刺置管患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组应用2 cm×2 cm 3M胶布改良固定方式。比较两组患者压力换能器与置管接头处下方皮肤损伤、疼痛情况、导管移位及护士满意度。结果试验组患者置管处皮肤压力性损伤发生率以及导管移位发生率低于对照组,置管处疼痛缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护士满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在动脉穿刺置管后改良固定方式,可有效预防压力性损伤,增加患者舒适性,避免发生导管移位,并可提升护士工作满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of new fixation method after arterial puncture and catheterization in adult ICU patients.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent arterial puncture and catheterization in ICU of Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM in Hebei Province from February 2019 to August 2020 were selected as research objects by sampling method,and they were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the experimental group was treated with 2 cm×2 cm 3M tape to improve the fixation method.The skin injury,pain,catheter displacement and nurses'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of skin pressure injury and catheter displacement in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the pain relief rate at catheterization was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nurses'satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved fixation after arterial puncture and catheterization can effectively prevent the occurrence of mechanical pressure injury,increase patients'comfort,prevent clinical catheter displacement,and can improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
