地奥司明联合β-七叶皂苷钠及普济痔疮栓在混合痔术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析地奥司明联合β-七叶皂苷钠及普济痔疮栓的疗法对混合痔术后疼痛及水肿的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年8月联勤保障部队第九〇八医院鹰潭医疗区的混合痔术后患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和联合组(40例)。对照组采用β-七叶皂苷钠+普济痔疮栓治疗,联合组加用地奥司明治疗。两组的治疗时间为14 d,随访时间为7 d。比较两组的疗效、肛门坠胀程度评分、坠胀持续时间、肛门疼痛评分、排便情况评分、创面愈合时间等指标。结果联合组治疗后的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的肛门坠胀程度评分、坠胀持续时间、肛门疼痛评分、排便情况评分低于本组治疗前,且联合组治疗后的各项评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组随访结束后的创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明联合β-七叶皂苷钠+普济痔疮栓的治疗方法可缓解混合痔术后疼痛和水肿,促进大便通畅和创面愈合。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Diosimin combined withβ-aescinate Sodium and Puji Hemorrhoid Suppository on pain and edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in Yingtan Medical District,No.908 Hospital of Joint Support Force were enrolled as the research objects between January 2019 to August 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and combination group(40 cases).The control group was treated withβ-aescinate Sodium and Puji Hemorrhoid Suppository,while combination group was additionally treated with Diosimin.The treatment time of the two groups was 14 days and the follow-up time was 7 days.The curative effect,anal distension degree score,duration of anal distension,anal pain score,defecation score,wound healing time and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.00%,which was higher than that(80.00%)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anal distension degree,duration of anal distension,anal pain score and defecation score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time after follow-up in the combination group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diosimin combined withβ-aescin Sodium and Puji hemorrhoid suppository can relieve pain and edema,promote defecation and wound healing after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.
