地佐辛预先给药对丙泊酚无痛人工流产麻醉效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探究地佐辛预先给药对丙泊酚无痛人工流产麻醉效果的影响。方法选取2021年3月至12月南昌市第三医院收治的80例接受无痛人工流产患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者接受丙泊酚+芬太尼预先给药麻醉,观察组患者接受丙泊酚+地佐辛预先给药。比较两组患者麻醉起效时间、术后苏醒时间、镇痛效果、丙泊酚用量。结果两组患者麻醉起效时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组术后苏醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体分析发现:组间比较、时间点比较及交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步两两比较,两组患者麻醉30 min的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均高于麻醉5、15 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者麻醉5、15、30 min的VAS评分均低于对照组同期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者丙泊酚用量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚无痛人工流产患者,行地佐辛预先5 min给药,其起效、用药剂量方面跟芬太尼无异,但镇痛效果较芬太尼好,不良反应少,值得推广与使用。Objective To investigate the effect of pre-administration of Dezocine on the anesthesia effect of Propofol painless abortion.Methods From March to December 2021,80 patients who received painless abortion in Nanchang Third Hospital were selected as the research objects,and the random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received pre-administration of Propofol+Fentanyl for anesthesia,and patients in the observation group received pre-administration of Propofol+Dezoxin.The onset time of anesthesia and the awakening time analgesic effect,dosage of propofol after surgery in the two groups were compared.Results The onset time of anesthesia was compared between the two groups of patients,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the postoperative wake-up time was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall analysis found that the comparisons between groups,time points and interactions were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Further two-two comparison,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups of patients anesthetized for 30 minutes was higher than those of anesthesia for 5 and 15 minutes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group for 5,15 and 30 minutes was lower than those of the control group in the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the comparison of propofol dosage in the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with painless abortion of Propofol were administered 5 min in advance by Dezoxine,and their onset of action and dosage were no different from Fentanyl,but the analgesic effect was
