基于CiteSpace穴位贴敷疗法治疗恶性肿瘤的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的应用文献计量研究与科学知识图谱可视化分析近20年穴位贴敷疗法在恶性肿瘤诊疗中的研究现状、热点及趋势,为后续研究提供思路和治疗建议。方法应用中国知网数据库(CNKI)检索2001年1月至2022年1月“穴位贴敷治疗恶性肿瘤”研究领域相关文献进行可视化分析。应用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行研究学者、研究机构、关键词共现分析。选择对数似然比算(LLR)、浅语义索引算法(LSI)等标记聚类,通过时间线视图展示不同聚类的相互影响及时间跨度。结果共纳入文献426篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势。共有377名作者被纳入分析,孙六合发文5篇成为最高产作者;涉及研究机构312所,主要为肿瘤专科医院与中医医学学院及其附属医院,发文量最多的机构是天津中医药大学,发文量为5篇;关键词“穴位贴敷”出现频次最高,达到229次,中心性为1.04;关键词共线网络中,研究热点主要集中于化疗、肺癌、乳腺癌等方面,关键词聚类分析形成10个聚类标签,近两年突现的关键词有胃癌、针灸、免疫功能等。结论穴位贴敷疗法治疗恶性肿瘤研究发展前景良好,建议加强研究人员及研究团队之间的交流,强化该领域研究机构的合作网络,深入探索穴位贴敷法在不同恶性肿瘤中的个性诊疗,积极开展高质量的研究,以期为临床治疗提供证据支持。Objective To apply bibliometric research and scientific knowledge mapping to visualize and analyze the current research status,hot spots and trends of acupressure in the treatment of malignant tumors in the past 20 years,and to provide ideas and treatment suggestions for subsequent research.Methods The literature on"acupressure for malignant tumors"from January 2001 to January 2022 in China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)was retrieved for visualization and analysis.CiteSpace software was applied to analyze the co-occurrence of research scholars,research institutions,and keywords in the included literature.The LLR and LSI were selected to mark clusters,and the interactions and time span of different clusters were demonstrated by timeline view.Results A total of 426 literatures were included,with an overall increasing trend in the number of publications.A total of 377 authors were included in the analysis,and SUN Liuhe published 5 articles,which became the most prolific author.312 research institutions were involved,which were mainly oncology hospitals and colleges of traditional Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals,and the largest number of articles was issued by Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with 5 articles.The keyword"acupressure"appeared the most frequently,with 229 times.The highest frequency of keyword"acupressure"was 229 times,and the centrality was 1.04.In the keyword common network,the research hotspots were mainly focused on chemotherapy,lung cancer,breast cancer,etc.The keyword cluster analysis formed 10 cluster tags,and the keywords that emerged in the past two years were gastric cancer,acupuncture,immune function,etc.Conclusion The research development of acupressure for malignant tumors is promising,and it is recommended to enhancing communication among researchers and research teams,strengthening the cooperative network of research institutions in this field,exploring the individual treatment of acupressure in different malignant tumors in depth,and actively conducti
