摘　　要：目的探讨护理质量控制在神经内科留置导尿管患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年5月于九江市第一人民医院收治的72例神经内科留置导尿管患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组36例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用护理质量控制。比较两组患者的尿路感染发生率和患者护理满意程度。结果研究组患者的尿路感染发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理态度、护理技术、责任性、宣教、告知满意度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科患者施行导尿管护理干预过程中展开护理质量控制,对预防相关尿路感染发生、提高患者满意度,具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality control in patients with indwelling catheter in neurology department.Methods A total of 72 patients with indindent catheter in the department of neurology admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group and the research group,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received nursing quality control.The incidence of urinary tract infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of urinary tract infection in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing attitude,nursing technology,responsibility,education,informing satisfaction scores of patients in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To carry out nursing quality control in the process of catheter nursing intervention for patients in neurology department,improve the requirements for nursing operators,strictly follow the aseptic requirements,and pay attention to the patients'cognitive,emotional and life guidance in the nursing process,which has positive significance for the prevention of related urinary tract infection and improvement of patient satisfaction.
