聚焦解决模式护理方案在良性前列腺增生患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析聚焦解决模式护理方案在良性前列腺增生患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2022年1月中一东北国际医院泌尿外科收治的180例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=90)和观察组(n=90)。所有患者均行手术治疗,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施聚焦解决模式护理方案。比较两组患者的术后并发症、前列腺功能恢复情况、心理弹性、自我护理能力。结果观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,最大尿流率(Qmax)高于对照组,残余尿量(PVR)和前列腺特异性抗原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评分、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生手术治疗期间采用聚焦解决模式护理方案,可有效调整患者心理状态,提高自我护理能力,从而降低术后并发症,缩短恢复时间,有利于促进机体恢复,具有重要的研究价值。Objective To analyze the effect of focused solution nursing scheme in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 180 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the Department of Urology,Northeast International Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group(n=90)and observation group(n=90)according to random number table method.All patients were treated with surgery,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with focused solution mode nursing program on this basis.The postoperative complications,prostate function recovery,mental flexibility and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the first time of getting out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the urine maximum flow rate(Qmax)was higher than that in the control group,the residual urine volume(PVR)and prostate specific antigen were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of Benign prostatic hyperplasia operation,the application of focussed solution nursing program can effectively adjust the patients'psychological state and improve their self-care ability,thereby reducing the postoperative complications and shortening the recovery time,it is beneficial to promote the recovery of organism and has important research value.
