摘 要:薄膜反射阵天线面密度低、收纳比高、电设计自由度高,在实现星载天线“高增益”、“轻巧化”的要求上有巨大的优势。但目前还没有在轨使用的大口径薄膜反射阵天线,主要是因为薄膜在空间热环境、光场、电磁波辐射、粒子辐照、重力梯度等多物理场中容易产生大变形与振动,严重影响天线的电性能。为验证大口径薄膜反射阵天线在空间大规模运用的可行性,建立了薄膜反射阵天线的机电耦合模型,研究了反射阵单元误差和馈源误差对天线电性能的影响,分析了薄膜反射阵天线形变与振动对增益和副瓣电平的影响,为薄膜反射阵天线的在轨误差分析提供参考。Membrane reflectarray has great advantages in realizing the requirements of high gain and lightweight for spaceborne antennas. It has low areal density, high stowage ratio and high electromagnetic design freedom. However, there is no large-aperture membrane reflectarray antenna on orbit, since large deformation and vibration of the membrane caused by multi-physical fields such as space thermal environment, light field,electromagnetic radiation, particle radiation, gravity gradient will seriously affect the electromagnetic performance of the antenna. In order to verify the feasibility of large-aperture membrane reflectarray antenna, the electromechanical coupling model is established. The influence of reflectarray patch error and feed error on the electromagnetic performance of the antenna is analyzed, and the influence of membrane deformation and vibration on the gain and sidelobe level are investigated, which provide reference for the on-orbit error analysis of the antenna.
