摘　　要：纤维肌性发育不良是一种特发性、节段性、非炎症性、非动脉粥样硬化性的中小动脉疾病,最常累及肾动脉。中国人群肾动脉纤维肌性发育不良的临床特征与当前国际共识的数据相比较有诸多差异,本共识总结国际上已有研究结果并结合中国病例实际,以期规范该病的临床诊治,提高疗效。Fibromuscular dysplasia is an idiopathic,segmental,non-inflammatory,non-atherosclerotic disease of small and medium-sized arteries,most commonly affecting renal arteries.There are many differences between the clinical characteristics of renal artery fibromuscular dysplasia in the Chinese population and the data from current international consensuses.This consensus summarizes the existing research results in the world,takes the clinical characteristics of the Chinese population into consideration,and aims to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve the therapy efficacy for Chinese patients with fibromuscular dysplasia.
