摘 要:为合理利用白鹤滩水库及梯级水库群防洪库容,减轻下游防洪压力,通过统计金沙江、长江干支流相关水文站的洪水要素,分析研究白鹤滩洪水在长江上游川江洪水组成中的特性。结果表明,白鹤滩水库坝址最大洪峰一般出现在6月~10月,其中7月~9月约占总数的95%以上;白鹤滩洪水组成中,金沙江渡口站洪水占比小于面积比,雅砻江小得石洪水占比大于面积比,说明雅砻江流域暴雨洪水强度大于金沙江中游地区;长江李庄站洪水组成中,白鹤滩洪水有“垫底”、“总体增大”作用,岷江洪水有较大“造峰”作用。李庄站洪水组成,第一类以金沙江来水为主,岷江为一般洪水;第二类以岷江来水为主,金沙江为一般洪水。研究有利于充分发挥水库的防洪效益。In order to rationally utilize the flood control capacity of Baihetan Reservoir and other cascade reservoirs and reduce the flood control pressure in the lower reaches of Yangtze River,the characteristics of Baihetan floods in the composition of floods in the upper reaches of Yangtze River is analyzed by counting the flood elements of related hydrological stations on the Jinsha River and the main and tributaries of Yangtze River.The results show that,(a)the largest flood peak in Baihetan dam site generally occurs from June to October,of which about 95%of the total is from July to September;(b)in the flood composition of Baihetan,the flood proportion of Dukou Hydrological Station on Jinsha River is less than its area ration,while the proportion of Xiaodeshi Hydrological Station on Yalong River is greater than its area ratio,indicating that the intensity of rainstorm floods in Yalong River is greater than that in the middle reaches of Jinsha River;and(c)in the flood composition of Lizhuang Hydrological Station on Yangtze River,the Baihetan flood has a“bottom”and“overall increase”effect while the Minjiang River flood has a greater“peak”effect.There are two types of floods in Lizhuang Hydrological Station.The first type is that the Jinsha River flood is the main flood and the Minjiang River flood is the general flood.The second is that the Minjiang River flood is the main flood and the Jinsha River flood is the general flood.The study is beneficial to give full play to the flood control benefit of the reservoir.
