摘  要:随着大型引调水工程的设计建设,输水管线穿越活动断层的情况日益增多,地面明钢管是输水管线穿越断层较优的结构形式。结合某工程实际,采用有限元方法对过断层地面明钢管在断层蠕滑变形和地震作用下的受力特性展开了研究,探讨了结构布置方案的可行性及存在的问题。研究结果表明:地面明钢管在穿越活动断层的管段中,滑动支座的设置以及在明钢管间设置合理数量的波纹管伸缩节可很好地适应断层的蠕滑变形,其中波纹管伸缩节可吸收大部分断层的蠕滑变形;钢管结构管轴向变形受地震作用以及断层蠕滑变形的影响较大,尤其是两端都为伸缩节的管段,容易产生较大的轴向位移,需要采用固定支座对轴向位移加以限制,但固定支座的支承环易产生弯曲变形,设计中要加以重视。With the design and construction of large-scale water diversion and distribution projects,the situation of water transmission lines crossing active faults is increasing.The open-cut steel pipe on the ground is the optimal structural type for water transmission lines crossing faults.Combined with an engineering practice,the finite element method is used to study the mechanical characteristics of the ground steel pipe under the action of fault creep deformation and earthquake,and the feasibility and existing problems of the structural layout scheme are discussed.The research shows that,(a)the setting of a certain number of bellow expansion joints along the pipe section of ground steel pipe crossing the active fault and the support with sliding support can better adapt to the creep deformation of the fault,and the creep deformation of the fault will be mainly borne by the expansion joints;and(b)the fault creep deformation and seismic action have great influence on the axial deformation of steel pipe structure,especially the pipe section with expansion joint at both ends,which is easy to produce large axial displacement,so the fixed bearing is needed to limit the axial displacement,but the supporting ring of fixed bearing is easy to produce bending deformation,which should be paid attention to in design.
