摘  要:针对某低水头径流式电站丰水期弃水和枯水期减脱水两个主要问题,提出了初步解决方案,对电站进行增效扩容及生态泄流改造。分析电站增效及扩容潜力,对比研究8种生态泄流改造方案,得出在电站坝后增加生态机组放水发电为最优选择。根据水电站的枢纽布置、运行水头范围、运行特点,以及StreamDiver技术在低水头径流式电站优良适应性,提出最终应用设计方案:利用StreamDivr技术在水电站连拱坝6号拱下游进行生态机组改造,加装2台总装机容量1150 kW的SD13.10机组,并在6号拱下游新建完整的取水、输水、发电、排水系统以及清渣、检修平台。A low-head run-of-river power station is mainly faced with two main problems of water discarding in high water period and dehydration reduction in low water period.A preliminary solution proposed for the problem is to increase efficiency and expand capacity of the power station and to reconstruct the ecological drainage.By analyzing the efficiency and capacity expansion potential of the power station,and comparing and studying eight ecological drainage and reconstruction schemes,it is concluded that adding ecological units to discharge water for power generation behind the dam of the power station is the best choice.According to the project layout,operating head range and operating characteristics of the hydropower station,as well as the excellent adaptability of StreamDiver technology in low-head run-of-river power stations,the final application design scheme is proposed to use StreamDivr technology to carry out ecological unit transformation at the downstream of No.6 section of multi-arch dam of the hydropower station.Two SD13.10 units with a total installed capacity of 1150 kW are selected to install and a complete water intake,water conveyance,power generation,drainage system and slag removal and maintenance platform are built at the downstream of No.6 section of multi-arch dam.
