摘　　要：以哈萨克斯坦国家公路工程施工为背景,阐述了中国企业在海外市场承揽工程时遇到的环境、人员、机械、材料等常见问题,并对此进行分析和提出解决措施,以期为更多初涉国外公路施工项目的企业提供宝贵经验。Based on the construction of the national highway projects in Kazakhstan, the common problems of environment, personnel, machinery and materials met in the contract projects in overseas markets by the enterprises of China are expounded ad analyzed to put forward the solutions in order to provide the valuable experience for more enterprises involving the foreign projects in highway construction.
