摘 要:卷烟厂制造车间需要严格控制温度,一般的空调送风系统很难保证车间内的温度及温度均匀性要求。因此,本文建立微型车间结构,并采用一种新型纤维风管微正压柔性精准送风系统实现定点送风,对风口尺寸、风速、送风温度等参数对制造车间的送风效果进行研究。实验结果表明:2号风管以30℃的送风温度,7.6 m/s孔口风速进行送风效果最优,车间内平均温度维持在25℃左右;在极端天气下车间外温度低至-5℃时,以30℃送风温度进行送风,车间内温度恒定在23.5~25.1℃的可控范围之内,仍可满足卷烟厂制造车间内温度要求。The cigarette factory needs to control the temperature strictly in the workshop, and it is difficult to ensure the temperature and temperature uniformity in the workshop with the general air-conditioning air supply system. Therefore,in this paper, a micro-workshop structure is established, and a new type of fiber duct micro-positive pressure flexible precise air supply system is adopted to realize the fixed-point air supply, the air supply effect of the parameters such as the size of the air inlet, the air velocity and the air supply temperature in the manufacturing workshop is studied. The experimental results show that the air supply effect of No. 2 air duct is the best when the air supply temperature is 30 ℃and the air velocity is 7.6 m/s, and the average temperature in the workshop is kept at about 25 ℃, when the supply air temperature is 30 ℃, the temperature in the workshop can be controlled within the range of 23.5 ~ 25.1 ℃, which can still meet the requirements of the manufacturing workshop.
