摘　　要：本文针对空气能热水器机组在沿海地区的热带海洋性气候存放时,空气中盐雾浓度相对较高且经常会出现暴雨和连续性降水等潮湿天气,机组零部件在受潮后易出现氧化腐蚀现象,严重时机组会发生故障,当进水导致元器件打火烧损时甚至会引发安全事故,由此可见机组防腐蚀情况不容小觑。本文意在提升室外安装的空气能热水器水箱防腐技术的能力,研究在容易发生渗漏雨水的进出水口、工质口、感温包口等位置的防腐蚀有效性,合理提出相关的改进措施来提高水箱在户外运行的可靠性。In this paper, when the air energy water heater unit is stored in the tropical marine climate in coastal areas,the concentration of salt mist in the air is relatively high, and there are often wet weather such as rainstorm and continuous precipitation. The components of the unit are prone to oxidation and corrosion after being affected with moisture. In serious cases, the unit will fail, and when water enters and causes the components to ignite and burn, it will even cause safety accidents. It can be seen that the corrosion of the waterproof quality of the unit can not be underestimated. The purpose of this paper is to improve the ability of the anti leakage technology of the water tank of the air energy water heater installed outdoors, study the effectiveness of the anti rain water corrosion at the water inlet and outlet, working medium outlet, temperature sensing package outlet and other locations where the leakage of rainwater is prone to occur, and reasonably put forward relevant improvement measures to improve the reliability of the water tank in outdoor operation.
