永远保持同人民群众血肉联系的内在逻辑——基于《关心群众生活,注意工作方法》

摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会强调,全党必须永远保持同人民群众的血肉联系。保持血肉联系,必须把握其内在逻辑。土地革命战争时期毛泽东的《关心群众生活,注意工作方法》,是一篇科学揭示中国共产党保持与人民群众血肉联系内在逻辑的马克思主义经典文献,其理论基点是“革命战争是群众的战争,群众是真正的铜墙铁壁”,根本要义是“关心群众的痛痒,真心实意地为群众谋利益”,底线方法是“反对官僚主义抛弃命令主义”,这对新征程上党永远保持同人民群众的血肉联系具有重要启示。The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee emphasized that the whole party must always keep the flesh-and-blood connection with people. To maintain this connection, we should grasp its inner logic. There was a classic Marxist essay written by Mao Zedong in the period of Agrarian Revolutionary War, which was “Be Concerned with the Well-Being of the Masses, Pay Attention to Methods of Work”, scientifically revealing the internal logic of the connection. With the theoretical basis of “the war is people’s war”, the essential meaning of “seeking for the biggest benefit for people seriously”, the basic method of “fighting against bureaucracy and commandism”,the essay attached a great inspiration to keep the flesh-and-blood bond on the new journey of CPC.
