摘　　要：目的:分析急救护理在急性脑卒中患者院前抢救中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2022年8月广州市中西医结合医院急诊科收治的急性脑卒中患者95例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=47)与观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用院前急救护理干预,比较两组患者护理满意度,致残率与致死率。结果:观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组致残率与致死率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑卒中患者护理工作中,院前急救护理方式有显著的应用效果,采用急救护理可以有效减少致残、病死等不良事件,能有效提升患者的护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency care in prehospital resuscitation of patients with acute stroke.Methods:95 cases of acute stroke patients admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as observation subjects and divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=48)according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing interventions and the observation group used prehospital emergency care interventions.The patient care satisfaction,disability rate and mortality rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The patient care satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of disability and death in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prehospital emergency care is effective in the care of acute stroke patients,and the use of emergency care can effectively reduce disability,death and other adverse events,and can effectively improve patient satisfaction with care.
