细节思维管理在神经内科临床护理管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析细节思维管理在神经内科临床护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年8月滨州医学院附属医院神经内科收治的患者100例为观察对象,依托单双号分组法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予细节思维管理,比较两组患者护理管理质量、并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理文件书写、基础护理质量、健康教育、护理态度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施细节思维管理有助于神经内科临床护理管理质量提高,对护理人员综合能力有强化作用,为更多神经内科患者病情诊疗带来保障,降低治疗期间并发症的发生。Objective:To analyze the application effect of detail thinking management in clinical nursing management of neurology.Methods:100 cases of patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each,relying on the single and double number grouping method.The control group was given conventional nursing management and the observation group was given detail thinking management.The quality of nursing management and complication rate of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nursing document writing,basic nursing quality,health education,and nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of detail thinking management helps to improve the quality of clinical nursing management in neurology,and has a strengthening effect on the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,which brings guarantee to more neurology patients'condition treatment and reduces the occurrence of complications during treatment.
