摘　　要：目的:分析循证护理在吲哚美辛固定式宫内节育器放置术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月-2022年3月东莞市妇幼保健院收治的行吲哚美辛固定式宫内节育器放置术患者206例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各103例。观察组应用循证护理,对照组应用常规护理,比较两组患者恢复效果、疼痛评分、护理模式满意度。结果:观察组术后出血量少于对照组,术后经期延长天数短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后72 h、术后1周,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理模式满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在吲哚美辛固定式宫内节育器放置术中应用循证护理,可提升术中护理质量和护理效果,保障患者术后康复效果,可提高患者护理模式满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing care in indomethacin fixed intrauterine contraceptive device placement.Methods:206 patients admitted to Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital for indomethacin fixed intrauterine contraceptive device placement from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,103 cases each.The observation group applied evidence-based care and the control group applied conventional care.The recovery effect,pain score,and satisfaction of nursing mode were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of postoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the number of days of prolonged postoperative menstruation was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 72 h postoperatively and 1 week postoperatively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing mode in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying evidence-based nursing care in indomethacin fixed intrauterine contraceptive device placement can improve intraoperative nursing quality and nursing effect,guarantee the postoperative recovery effect of patients,and can improve the satisfaction of patients'nursing mode.
