耳穴压豆联合心理护理在肛肠科手术前的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合心理护理在肛肠科手术前的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月扬州市中医院收治的肛肠科手术患者120例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆联合心理护理干预,比较两组患者心理状态(抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版)、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)]、镇痛效果[疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)]。结果:干预后,两组患者焦虑、抑郁、压力评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者PSQI评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后、术后,两组患者VAS评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠科手术患者术前应用耳穴压豆联合心理护理可减轻患者抑郁、焦虑程度,缓解压力,提升患者睡眠质量,减轻疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the effect of ear acupoint pressure bean combined with psychological nursing in pre-surgical anorectal surgery.Methods:120 cases of patients admitted to Yangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for anorectal surgery from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases each.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given ear acupoint pressure bean combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological status(Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale Simplified Chinese version),sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)],and analgesic effect[Pain Visual Analogue Score(VAS)]of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,anxiety,depression,and stress scores were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,PSQI scores were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention and postoperatively,VAS scores were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative application of ear acupoint pressure bean combined with psychological nursing in anorectal surgery patients can reduce the degree of depression and anxiety,relieve stress,improve the quality of patients'sleep and reduce the degree of pain.
