摘 要:多式联运集疏运体系建设是长江经济带综合交通运输体系建设的“压轴题”。当前,该体系建设存在地域极化严重、航道通行不畅、多领域协同共享不足等问题。针对这些问题,从“点、线、面”三个维度,科学提出分类聚点,打造长江经济带差异化的枢纽港口集群;夯基连线,加强区域枢纽港口与公铁空枢纽场站联接;系统构面,构建港口“1+N+1”无缝衔接联运体系的“三步法”建设路径。研究成果对优化长江港口多式联运集疏运体系建设路径,加强长江经济带黄金水道建设具有参考价值。Multimodal transport logistics system is the "final issue" of the construction of a comprehensive transportation system of Yangtze River Economic Belt.At present,the system is faced with such problems as regional polarization,unsmooth channel traffic,and lack of coordination and sharing in multiple fields.To resolve these problems,we put forward a three-step construction path from three dimensions of "points,lines and areas".The three steps include:to build a classified and differentiated port cluster in Yangtze River Economic Belt,to strengthen the connection between regional hub port and highway,railway and air hub stations,and to build a "1+N+1" seamless joint transport system of the port.The research finding serves as a reference for optimizing the construction path of multimodal transport logistics system and promoting the construction of golden waterway in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
