摘　　要：为了研究杆塔塔基外敷接地引下线与其连接处的腐蚀问题,分别搭建典型接地引下线和接地引下线-柔性石墨组合接地体腐蚀特性有限元仿真模型,研究典型金属接地引下线和金属接地引下线-柔性石墨组合接地体连接处的腐蚀特性,提出并验证采用包覆法抑制接地引下线-柔性石墨组合接地体连接处腐蚀的方法。仿真结果表明:典型金属接地引下线土壤界面以下几乎全线发生腐蚀,金属接地引下线-柔性石墨组合接地体连接处腐蚀加剧;采用包覆后的接地引下线-柔性石墨组合接地体连接处氧还原电流、铁腐蚀电流密度和析氢电流密度几乎为零。最后通过搭建腐蚀加速试验平台验证了包覆法抑制接地引下线-柔性石墨组合接地体连接处腐蚀的有效性。In order to study the corrosion problem of the grounding wire and its connection of the tower foundation, the author uses the finite element simulation software to build the simulation models of the typical grounding wire and the grounding wire-flexible graphite composite grounding body, respectively, and studies the corrosion characteristics of the connection of the typical grounding wire and the grounding wire-flexible graphite composite grounding body, and proposes the coating method to suppress the corrosion of the grounding wire-flexible graphite composite grounding body. The simulation results show that almost all the lines below the soil interface of the typical grounding lead are corroded, and the corrosion at the connection of grounding lead-flexible graphite composite grounding body is intensified. The oxygen reduction current, iron corrosion current density and hydrogen evolution current density at the grounding wire-flexible graphite composite grounding body connection after coating are almost zero. Finally, an accelerated corrosion test platform was built to verify the effectiveness of coating method in inhibiting the corrosion at the connection of grounding lead wire and flexible graphite composite grounding body.
