摘 要:金属氧化物避雷器由于其优异电气特性,在电力系统中广泛应用。但实际使用过程中,多片ZnO阀片串联组装成的整支避雷器通流能力低于单片ZnO阀片,导致线路保护与设备绝缘的能力降低。大电流作用下的整只避雷器不仅仅受到电流的作用,也会因电流导致避雷器的热变与力变,为了进一步分析金属氧化物避雷器在大电流作用下的情况,在COMSOL有限元分析软件中对避雷器进行了电-热-力多物理场耦合仿真,分析了整支10 kV避雷器在承受峰值100 kA大电流冲击作用下内部电、热、力分布情况。仿真结果表明上下端金具与ZnO阀片交界处场强达5.27 kV/cm;阀片中心温度90℃,边缘温度160℃;使用填充胶使外套最大拉应力由9.34 MPa降至0.8 MPa,降幅明显。试验结果表明,使用填充胶使整支避雷器通过100 kA大电流冲击前后参考电压变化未超过3%。Metal oxide arresters(moas)are widely used in power systems due to their excellent electrical characteristics.But in the actual use process,the current carrying capacity of the whole arrester assembled by multiple ZnO valve plates in series is lower than that of single ZnO valve plate,which leads to the reduction of line protection and equipment insulation capacity.The whole arrester under the action of large current is not only affected by the current,but also leads to the thermal and mechanical changes of the arrester.In order to further analyze the metal oxide arrester under the action of large current,the electrical thermal mechanical multi physical field coupling simulation of the arrester is carried out in COMSOL finite element analysis software,and the peak load of the whole 10 kV arrester is analyzed The distribution of electricity,heat and force under the impact of 100 kA high current.The simulation results show that the electric field strength at the junction of the upper and lower fittings and the ZnO valve plate is 5.27 kV/cm;the center temperature of the valve plate is 90℃,and the edge temperature is 160℃;the maximum tensile stress of the outer sleeve is reduced from 9.34 MPa to 0.8 MPa by using the filler glue.The test results show that the reference voltage change of the whole arrester before and after passing 100 kA high current impulse by using filler glue does not exceed 3%.
