摘 要:球磨中颗粒受磨矿介质高频次冲击-研磨而粉碎,合理选择介质类型能有效提升作业效率并改善磨矿产品指标。针对白云鄂博西矿选铁第三段磨矿作业能耗高、粒度偏粗的问题,系统研究了陶瓷球为磨矿介质细磨磁铁矿的效能,并与钢球及钢段做对比。首先以试验确定了介质尺寸、填充率及矿浆浓度等作业条件,之后以等介质量、等矿量磨矿试验对比研究3种介质磨矿的各项指标。结果表明:陶瓷球磨矿速度最快、能量利用效率最高,钢球次之,钢段最低,与介质数量正相关,可能由碰撞频次差异所致。在试验范围内,陶瓷球磨矿产品的细度最高、解离度最高,虽然产品中-19μm粒级含量较高,但磁选时选别效率仍然最高;钢段能有效改善过磨现象,同等细度下解离度最高,产品有较好的可选性,可能源自短棒形介质的线接触作用。仅从磨矿的技术指标考察,细磨磁铁矿时应优先考虑用陶瓷球;若只能选钢介质,则追求产率时应选用钢球,而为改善产品可选性时可选用钢段。Since the performance of a concentrator is affected by its fine grinding efficiency,an optimized grinding medium selection is important. To improve the efficiency of the third grinding operation in the Bayan Obo mine,grinding medium selection was comprehensively studied,including ceramic ball,steel ball and steel cylpeb. After the operation conditions were optimized,grinding tests with identified ore mass and media mass were conducted,indicating that grinding with ceramic balls presents a higher comminution rate and energy efficiency,followed by steel balls and then steel cylpebs,which is positively with the media number. In the experimental range,grinding with ceramic balls provides a product with the a higher fineness,magnetite liberation and separation efficiency. Meanwhile,grinding with cylpebs alleviates over-grinding and presents a good liberation,facilitating the separation. Over all,ceramic balls are superior in iron ore fine grinding. Besides this,steel ball can increase grinding efficiency and steel cylpebs can improve the product with the selectability of beneficiation.
