关于小管密封法测定土壤有机质的研究

摘  要:为研究小管密封法测定土壤有机质的可行性,以及不同消解温度及时间条件下测定的有效性,分别采用不同的时间和温度对土壤有机质样品进行小管密封消解,测定其有机质含量。结果表明:采用小管密封法在一定温度及时间条件下,对土壤有机质质控样品进行消解,所测得的含量能够符合质控证书要求,不同含量的土壤实际样品在170℃、30min的消解条件下,结果都逐渐趋于平衡,且与油浴锅消解测得的含量值之间的绝对相差符合NY/T 1121.6-2006中精密度的要求,由此可见,小管密封法替代油浴锅的加热消解具有可行性,使用小管法加热消解极大地增强了有机质测定实验的安全性、提高了实验的测定效率、降低了实验的操作难度,值得相关人员进行研究和探讨。The present paper is inclined to report the feasibility of determination of SOM by Small-scale sealed-tube method and the validity of determination at different digestion temperatures and time,Determination of the organic matter content of SOM samples were digested by Small-scale sealed-tube method at different times and temperatures. The results showed that the content of SOM measured by Small-scale sealed-tube method under certain temperature and time conditions is in accordance with the quality control certifi cate.The results of the actual samples of soil with different contents of content gradually stabilised under the digestion conditions at 170 ℃ for 30 min.And the absolute difference between the content value measured by oil baths is in accordance with the precision requirements of NY/T 1121.6-2006.It can be seen that it is feasible to use the Small-scale sealed-tube method instead of the oil bath. The use of the Small-scale sealed-tube method greatly enhances the safety of organic matter determination experiments, improves the effi ciency of the experimental determination, reduces the diffi culty of the experimental personnel to operate the experiment, and is worth studying and discussing.
