基于MEC理论的智障人士公益服务协同设计研究

摘　　要：探索智障人士在公益服务中的协作模式,通过设计激发智障人士的公益参与动机,优化公益服务体验。基于MEC理论(means-end chain,MEC)及其提供的“A-C-V”框架,对国内智障人士公益服务案例展开分析,梳理设计从目的到手段的链式关系。得出智障人士公益服务中的协同模式及设计策略,为协同视角下的智障人士公益服务提供设计解决思路。通过服务设计可以进一步优化智障人士多角色间的协作体验,实现为弱势赋能、公益价值提升与资源整合共享。策略对于智障人士在内的社会弱势群体的设计研究具有借鉴性和普适性。To explore the cooperation mode of people with intellectual disabilities in public service,stimulate the motivation of people with intellectual disabilities to participate in public service through design,and optimize the experience of public service. Based on MEC theory(MEC)and its "A-C-V" framework,cases of public service for people with intellectual disabilities in China were analyzed,and the chain relationship from end to means was summarized. The collaborative mode and design strategy of public service for people with intellectual disabilities were obtained,which provided design solutions for public service for people with intellectual disabilities from the perspective of collaboration. Service design can further optimize the collaborative experience between multiple roles of people with intellectual disabilities,and realize empowering the disadvantaged,enhancing the value of public welfare and integrating and sharing resources. The strategy is of reference and universality to the design research of the social vulnerable groups including the mentally retarded.
