城市既有住宅适老化改造设计研究

摘　　要：针对我国老年人口快速增多的现状,希望通过对既有住宅适老化改造去改善老年人的居住条件,减少老年群体和家人的生活负担。以老年人的生理特征和心理特征为基础,分析老年人在日常生活中出现的困难和对空间的特殊需求,总结出既有住宅的适老化改造原则,对老年人的室内居住环境进行合理调整。得到对既有住宅适老化改造更深一步的认知,找到提升老年群体生活质量的方法。既有住宅的适老化改造能够有效提升老年人晚年生活质量,增加老年人的自理能力。In view of the rapid increase of the elderly population in my country,it is hoped that the living conditions of the elderly will be improved by retrofitting existing residences for aging,and the living burden of the elderly and their families will be reduced.Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,analyze the difficulties of the elderly in daily life and their special needs for space,summarize the principles of aging-appropriate renovation of existing residences,and make reasonable adjustments to the indoor living environment of the elderly. Get a deeper understanding of the aging-friendly renovation of existing residences,and find ways to improve the quality of life of the elderly.The aging-appropriate renovation of existing residences can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly in their later years and increase the selfcare ability of the elderly.
