摘　　要：解决老年人社区内医疗服务与管理问题,社区卫生保健与社区服务建设关系不密切,限制了医养结合与社区服务一体化发展。对医疗服务平台中的服务设计应用进行分析,梳理服务设计流程中居家老人与社区、医疗机构中的接触点。解决老年居家医疗服务设计中的痛点盲点问题,从而提出适老化的居家医疗服务建设的新思路。该方法可为今后老年群体居家医疗服务提供参考。The elderly group has been resolved in the issue of home medical services.The relationship between community health care and community service construction is not close.The application of service design in the medical platform was analyzed. The point of contact between the elderly at home and the community and medical institutions was adjusted. It presented a new way of thinking to solve the pain points and blind spots in home-based endowment service design and to establish a home-based endowment service suitable for the elderly.This method can provide reference for home medical service for the elderly group in future.
