摘 要:装载机驾驶室因距地高于人的身高,爬梯角度近乎垂直地面,所以驾驶员上下驾驶室的用力程度和效率很重要。不同品牌装载机的扶杆形态不同,为精准提升爬梯扶握方面人机工效的舒适性,文章针对四种装载机品牌的爬梯扶杆,采用Jack仿真实验,从舒适度、下背部以及快速上肢三个方面进行舒适度比较分析。发现了设计不合理的主要问题,再通过优化迭代和仿真验证,提出最优改进方案。为装载机驾驶室爬梯扶握装置的设计提供参考意见。Since the distance between the loader cab is higher than the height of the person and the angle of the ladder is almost vertical to the ground,the force and efficiency of the driver up and down the cab are very important. Different brands of loaders have different shapes of the bars,so the purpose of this article is to precisely improve the ergonomic comfort of the ladder’s grip. Aiming at the climbing ladders of four loader brands,the article compares and analyzes the comfort from three aspects of comfort,lower back and fast upper limbs through the Jack simulation experiment. The main problems of unreasonable design are found through experiments,and the optimal improvement plan is proposed after optimization iteration and simulation verification. The experiment provides reference for the design of the loader’s cab ladder holding device.
