摘　　要：以上海科技馆《十二生肖》特展为案例,展示科普特展IP化的探索过程。提出通过发展文化创意产业来提升博物馆的活力,扩大博物馆的影响力。科普场馆拥有丰富和专业的跨学科展示内容,以及科艺相融、互动探索和趣味体验的展览形式。建议可围绕自身特色,开发具有时效性和灵活性的科普特展,以权威科学内容和综合性展示教育手段为基础,将科普内容与展示技术、文化艺术、教育活动等资源进行整合,打造独一无二的科普IP,在差异化竞争中开辟出一条科普文创产业的发展之路。The article takes the special exhibition Twelve Zodiacs of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum as a case to show the exploration process of how to Improve the IP Value of the special exhibition of popular science.It is proposed that museums should enhance their vitality and expand their influence by developing cultural and creative industries.The science and technology museum have professional and interdisciplinary exhibitions,science and technology integration exhibition forms,and interesting interactive exploration experience.It is suggested to integrate popular science content with exhibition technology,culture and art,educational activities and other resources,and create a unique popular science IP by developing a timely and flexible popular science exhibition around its own characteristics,so as to open up a road for cultural innovation and development of science and technology museums in differentiated competition.
