深基坑外墙单支模新型模板施工技术

摘　　要：以3号楼公寓式酒店等两项(利山大厦二期公寓式酒店)工程为实例,针对深基坑外墙单支模外侧模板的选型,提出了一种新型外侧模板体系“槽钢龙骨+木胶板+高强水泥复合板模板”体系。施工过程通过应用该体系,浇筑完成的混凝土观感及实体质量良好,解决了地下室外墙模板支设体系繁杂的问题,解决冬期施工的困难,同时梳理归集而成的施工工艺技术,可供相似工程参考借鉴。In this paper,two projects(Lishan Building Phase II Lishan Building Phase II)such as No.3building apartment hotel are taken as examples,aiming at the selection of single support formwork outside the outer wall of deep foundation pit,a new type of external formwork system"channel steel keel+wood glue plate+high strength cement composite plate template"system is proposed.Using this system,the concrete forming effect is good,the problem of complex supporting mold system is solved,and the difficulty of winter application is solved,while the construction technology will provide referrence for the similar projects.
