摘　　要：在“第四代建筑”逐渐被社会大众所知晓的建筑行业发展背景下,提高城市建筑绿化率和城市环境效益成为现代化建筑设计过程中应追求的目标。“第四代建筑”又称为庭院房、立体园林生态住房等,其较为注重建造空中花园,此类建筑的出现使得城市植被覆盖率不断提高,且能够发挥出建筑主体净化空气、调节雨水、缓解热岛效应等作用,社会经济效益显著。本文对李沧区东李商圈改造二期项目10-3–2地块金水云麓项目中“空中花园”的设计进行系统分析,并对施工要点进行总结。Under the background that"the fourth generation of architecture"is gradually known by the public,improving the greening rate of urban buildings and urban environmental benefits has become the goal that should be pursued in the process of modern architectural design.The“fourth generation buildings”are also known as courtyard houses,three-dimensional garden ecological houses,etc.they pay more attention to the construction of hanging gardens.The emergence of such buildings has continuously improved the urban vegetation coverage,and can play the role of the main body of the building in purifying the air,regulating the rain,alleviating the heat island effect,etc.,with remarkable social and economic benefits.This paper systematically analyzes the design of"Hanging Garden"in Jinshui Yunlu project of plot 10–3–2 of Dongli business district reconstruction phase II project in Licang District,and summarizes the key points of construction.
