摘 要:结合某大型仓储类项目,对超高独立柱施工操作架安装与吊装的施工技术进行研究,并通过有限元分析软件对操作架在立柱混凝土浇筑和整体吊装不同工况进行仿真分析,并据此采取相应的加固和处理措施,确保独立柱施工时安全,提高了操作架的周转效率。Combined with a large storage project,the construction technology of high–altitude concrete frame beam support system for large warehousing projects is studied.A rapid installation and disassembly steel platform support system formed by the combination of embedded steel corbel+shoulder pole beam+Bailey frame+triangular truss is proposed,and the support system is simulated and calculated by Midas finite element analysis software.The construction problems such as long construction period and poor stability of the traditional floor type high formwork are solved.The fabricated support system has the characteristics of efficient,fast,safe and reliable construction,meets the construction requirements of super long–span concrete frame beams,and provides a strong guarantee for construction safety and progress.
