摘 要:为解决目前传统方法采用固体填料回填狭小空间产生的回填不实、后期沉降较大等工程问题,通过实验室测试与现场试验研究了预拌流态水泥土在沟槽回填中的应用技术。结果表明:预拌流态水泥土具有较好的自密性,可较好的填充管道沟槽开挖产生的狭小空间,固化后的强度也可满足工程要求。通过实验室测试可优化水泥土的含水率和水泥掺量等关键控制参数,确保在满足水泥土的流动性要求的前提下实现强度要求,且最大程度的减少水泥的使用量。通过选用合适的自动化水泥浆制备系统、流态水泥土拌合系统和土料投入系统,对江苏某地道路快速化改造工程项目排水工程施工管道沟槽回填工程进行现场试验,实现较好的回填效果,并产生较好的经济和社会效益。In order to solve the engineering problems such as inaccurate backfilling and large later settlement caused by the traditional method of backfilling narrow space with solid filler,the application technology of ready mixed fluid cement soil in trench backfilling was studied through laboratory test and field test.The results show that the ready mixed fluid cement soil has good self-tightness,can better fill the narrow space generated by pipeline trench excavation,and the strength after curing can also meet the engineering requirements.Through the laboratory test,the key control parameters such as the moisture content and cement content of cement soil can be optimized to ensure that the strength requirements can be realized on the premise of meeting the fluidity requirements of cement soil,and the use of cement can be reduced to the greatest extent.By selecting the appropriate automatic cement slurry preparation system,fluid cement soil mixing system and soil material input system,the field test is carried out on the pipeline trench backfilling project of drainage engineering construction of a road rapid transformation project in Jiangsu Province,so as to achieve better backfilling effect and produce better economic and social benefits.
