摘  要:提出大跨度桥梁的合理成桥监控方案,有效确保各悬浇阶段内结构的成桥线形,对于保障桥梁的安全稳定性具有重要价值。基于桥梁悬臂施工中的各项流程,提出了包括施工图复核、工艺实验、墩应力测试、线形监测在内的12种合理成桥的主要监测内容。以主梁立模的标高部分为例,将梁端实际标高与理论值进行对比分析,并进一步利用数值模拟分析了在浇筑完成与张拉完成后,梁段结构的变形分布规律。结果表明,成桥后,梁体底部的线形符合设计要求,桥面实测标高与设计值的误差相对较小。在预应力张拉完成后,即使纵向预应对变截面箱梁的竖向位移控制不够,但是在预应力的约束作用下,各个梁段被连接成结构整体。为行业中同类桥梁的合理成桥监控与分析方法提供了良好借鉴。It is of great value for the safety and stability of long-span Bridges to put forward a reasonable bridge forming monitoring scheme to effectively ensure the alignment of structures in each suspension casting stage.Based on the process of bridge cantilever construction,12 kinds of main monitoring contents of reasonable bridge construction are put forward,including construction drawing review,process experiment,pier stress test and alignment monitoring.Taking the elevation of the main beam as an example,the actual elevation of the beam end is compared with the theoretical value.Furthermore,the deformation distribution of beam segment structure after casting and tension is analyzed by numerical simulation.After the completion of prestressing,even if the vertical displacement control of the variable section box girder is not enough,under the constraint of prestressing,each beam segment is connected into the whole structure.The final results show that after the construction of the bridge,the alignment of the bottom of the beam meets the design requirements,and the error between the measured elevation of the bridge deck and the design value is relatively small.It provides a good reference for the monitoring and analysis method of similar bridges in the industry.
