缓凝组分对预制构件用表面缓凝剂的影响

摘  要:预制构件与现浇结构的施工缝处理是装配式施工中不可避免的环节,表面缓凝剂处理工艺由于施工简便、可操作性强被广泛使用,而根据缓凝剂的缓凝原理,其种类、掺量、使用温度等均会对影响缓凝效果产生影响,对比了葡萄糖酸钠、柠檬酸、丙三醇、某有机膦酸、蔗糖、腐殖酸等常见的6种缓凝组分在不同掺量和不同温度下对混凝土性能的影响。得出蔗糖不宜不用表面缓凝剂的制备,优选某有机膦酸和丙三醇作为缓凝组分。The treatment of construction joints between prefabricated components and cast-in-place structures is an inevitable link in assembly construction.The surface retarder treatment technology is widely used because of its simple construction and strong operability.According to the retarder’s retarding principle,its kind,dosage and application temperature will affect the retarding effect.This paper compares the effects of six common retarding components,such as sodium gluconate,citric acid,glycerol,an organic phosphonic acid,sucrose and humic acid,on the concrete performance at different dosages and temperatures.It is concluded that sucrose should not be prepared without surface retarder,and an organic phosphonic acid and glycerol are preferred as retarding components.
