摘 要:目的:探讨升阳益胃汤对功能性消化不良模型大鼠的作用机制。方法:SD大鼠60只,根据体质量随机分为6组,正常对照组,模型对照组,升阳益胃汤高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组,每组10只。采用夹尾刺激联合不规则饮食方法制备模型,正常对照组及模型对照组给予蒸馏水,升阳益胃汤高、中、低剂量组的给药剂量分别为29.34、14.67、7.34 g/kg;阳性对照组给予多潘立酮2.7 mg/kg;每天给药1次,连续给药2周。通过测定大鼠血清中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平,观察升阳益胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠的胃肠动力作用机制。结果:与模型对照组比较,升阳益胃汤高剂量组大鼠的小肠推进率明显提高(P<0.01),升阳益胃汤中剂量组大鼠的小肠推进率略有提高(P<0.05)。升阳益胃汤高剂量组大鼠的MIL、GAS、VIP水平水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:升阳益胃汤对功能性消化不良模型大鼠具有提高小肠推进率的作用,其作用机制与提高MTL、GAS、VIP水平有关。Objective:To explore the mechanism of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on functional dyspepsia model rats. Methods: 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model control group, high, middle and low dose groups of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction, positive control group, 10 rats in each group. Functional dyspepsia models were build by tail clipping stimulation combined with irregular diet.The normal control group and the model control group were given distilled water, the high, middle and low dose groups of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction were given 29.34,14.67 and 7.34 g/kg Decoction respectively, the positive control group was given Domperidone 2.7 mg/kg, Once daily for 2 weeks. To observe the effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on gastrointestinal motility in rats with functional dyspepsia, the plasma levels of Motilin(MTL), Gastrin(GAS) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) were measured by ELISA. Results: Compared with the model control group, the small intestinal propulsive rate of rats in the high-dose group was significantly increased(P<0.01), and that in the middle-dose group was slightly increased(P<0.05). The levels of serum MIL, GAS and VIP in the high dose group were significantly increased(P<0.01). Conclusion: Shengyang Yiwei Decoction can improve the intestinal propulsive rate in rats with functional dyspepsia, and its mechanism is related to the increase of MTL, GAS, VIP.
