摘 要:本文基于老化作用对UHMWPE人工髋关节相关性能的研究文献,对如何评价老化作用对UHMWPE人工髋关节性能的影响及老化作用降低UHMWPE人工髋关节力学和摩擦磨损性能进行了总结,并提出了目前体外加速老化方法研究的局限性,即除温度和压力,还应考虑水分造成的影响,以及针对不同UHMWPE材料,应设置合理的加速老化周期。以期为后续研究体外加速老化方法提供参考与借鉴。Based on the research literature on the performance of UHMWPE artificial hip joints,this paper first summarized how to evaluate the effect of aging on the performance of UHMWPE artificial hips.Secondly,it was concluded that aging reduced the mechanical and friction wear properties of UHMWPE artificial hip joint.Finally,the limitation of the current in vitro accelerated aging method research was proposed,what was in addition to temperature and pressure,the influence caused by moisture should also be considered,and a reasonable accelerated aging cycle should be set for different UHMWPE materials.
