基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗肝损伤临床用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的 分析中医药治疗肝损伤的用药规律,为肝损伤的治疗提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed数据库中收录的中医药治疗肝损伤的临床研究文献,建立文献数据库,使用Excel2019、Clementine 12.0和SPSS 21.0等软件,对中医药治疗肝损伤药物的使用频次、功效分类、性味归经进行统计,以及进行关联规则分析、因子分析和聚类分析。结果 共纳入中药复方144首,涉及中药214味,高频药物21味,其中柴胡、甘草、白术、茯苓、丹参、茵陈使用频次较多;功效分类以补虚药、利水渗湿药最为常见;药味以苦、甘为主,药性以寒为主,多归脾、肝经;关联规则分析得到19种关联强度高的药物组合;因子分析提取了9个公因子;聚类分析得到4种药物组合。结论 现代中医治疗肝损伤以调和肝脾、扶正补虚为主,常使用补虚药、利水渗湿药,性味多为苦寒,主入脾、肝经,并辨证配伍清热、活血化瘀等药物。Objective To provide reference for the treatment of liver injury by analyzing the medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver injury. Methods The clinical research on the treatment of liver injury by Chinese medicine included in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and PubMed databases was retrieved, and a literature database was established. Excel 2019,Clementine 12.0 and SPSS 21.0 were used to conduct frequency statistics of the usage,classification,properties,tastes,and meridian tropism of Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver injury. The above-mentioned software were also used for association rule analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis. Results A total of 144 Chinese medicine compounds were included, involving 214 kinds of Chinese medicines and 21 kinds of high-frequency drugs,among which Bupleuri Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhrizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Poria,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhrizoma,Artemisiae Scopariae Herba were used most frequently. Deficiency-nourishing drugs and damp-clearing drugs are most common in efficacy category. The tastes were mainly bitter and sweet,while the property was mainly cold,and most of them belonged to the spleen and liver meridians. Nineteen drug combinations with high correlation intensity were obtained by association rule analysis. Nine common factors were extracted by factor analysis. Four drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion Modern Chinese medicine in treating liver injury focused on harmonizing the liver and spleen, supporting healthy qi and rephenishing deficiency. The drugs used for treating liver injury consisted of deficiency-rephenishing drugs and promoting urination and percolating dampness drugs,which were bitter in taste and cold in nature. The channel tropism belongs to spleen and liver meridians. According to syndrome differentiation of liver injury,the above-mentioned drugs combined with drugs for clearing heat,activating blood,and removing blood stasis were often used in clinic.
