摘 要:以新疆夏子街钙基膨润土为原料,浓硫酸为活化助剂,采用常压低温焙烧法制备活性白土,探究了浓硫酸用量、焙烧温度及焙烧时间对活化产物物相结构和脱色率的影响。结果表明:在浓硫酸/膨润土质量比21%、活化时间12min、焙烧温度180℃条件下,所制备的活性白土脱色率最高(98.16%),活性白土样品的脱色率等均满足我国行业标准各类型活性白土一等品要求。同时,常压低温焙烧法制备活性白土有效降低了浓硫酸的用量,解决了常规活性白土生产过程中耗水量大的问题,具有较好的经济意义和应用前景。The activated clay was prepared by atmospheric low temperature roasting with the calcium bentonite from Xiazijie of Xinjiang as raw material and concentrated sulfuric acid as activation agent. The effects of the dosage of concentrated sulfuric acid, roasting temperature and roasting time on the phase structure and decolorization rate of activated products were investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions for the prepared activated clay were as follows: the mass ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to bentonite was 21%, the activation time was 12min, the roasting temperature was 180 ℃, the decolorization rate was 98.16%, and the decolorization rate of activated clay samples all met the industry standard requirements of various types of first grade activated clay in our country. The preparation of activated clay by atmospheric pressure low temperature roasting reduces the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid and solves the problem of high water consumption in the production of conventional activated clay.
