摘 要:本研究旨在探究酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代鱼粉对卵形鲳鲹(Trachinotus ovatus)生长性能的影响。试验配制4种饲料,对照组饲喂基础饲料(M0),替代组分别饲喂以2%(M2)、4%(M4)和6%(M6)的酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代基础饲料中鱼粉的等氮等脂饲料。试验将300尾平均体质量为(6.66±0.17)g的卵形鲳鲹随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复25尾,每天饱食饲喂2次,为期8周。结果表明,酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代4%鱼粉对卵形鲳鲹增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率无显著影响(P> 0.05),但饲料成本最低。替代水平为2%和6%时,增重率和特定生长率显著降低(P <0.05)。因此,酶解肠膜蛋白粉的最适替代量为4%。This experiment was aimed at studying the effects of enzymolytic intestinal membrane protein meal(EIMPM)replacing fish meal(FM)on growth performance of juvenile Trachinotus ovatus.Four diets were prepared.Trachinotus ovatus in control group were fed a basal diet(M0),and the replacement groups were fed isonitrogenous and isolipid diets with EIMPM replacing 2%(M2)、4%(M4)and 6%(M6)FM in the basal diet of the control group,respectively.Trachinotus ovatus with the body weight of(6.66±0.17)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 25 fish per replicate.They were fed twice a day for 8 weeks.The results showed that the enzymolytic EIMPM replaced 4%FM without significantly affecting weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),feed conversion ratio(FCR)and protein efficiency ratio(PER)of fish(P>0.05),but it has the lowest feed costs.When the replacement level was 2%and 6%,the WGR and SGR were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Therefore,the optimal replacement amount of enzymolytic EIMPM is 4%.
