黄栀子果实干粉对湘黄鸡蛋品质和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究日粮中添加黄栀子果实干粉对湘黄鸡蛋品质和血清免疫指标的影响。试验选取35周龄的湘黄鸡300只,分为3组、每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加100、200mg/kg黄栀子果实干粉的试验日粮,正试期60d。结果表明:(1)日粮添加黄栀子果实干粉对湘黄鸡蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度没有影响。(2)日粮添加黄栀子果实干粉可以显著提高湘黄鸡鲜蛋的蛋黄RCF值、红度和黄度值,降低亮度值。(3)日粮添加黄栀子果实干粉能显著提高湘黄鸡血清IgA和IgG的水平,加强湘黄鸡机体的免疫能力。综上所述,湘黄鸡中添加100mg/kg的黄栀子果实干粉能达到较好的饲养效果。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of adding dried fruit powder of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis to the diet on the quality of Xianghuang eggs and serum immune indexes. Three hundred 35 week old Xianghuang hens were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates in each group. Twenty hens in each replicates were fed with the basic diet(control group). 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg dry powder of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis fruit were added to the basic diet. The trial period was 60 days. The results showed that :(1)The egg weight,egg shape index,eggshell strength and eggshell thickness were not affected by the addition of dried fruit powder of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis to the diet.(2)The RCF value,redness and yellowness of fresh egg yolk were significantly increased and the brightness value was decreased by adding dry powder of Gardenia jasminoides fruit to the diet.(3)The addition of dried fruit powder of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis to the diet can significantly increase the serum IgA and IgG content,and improve the immune capacity. To sum up,Xianghuang hens can achieve better feeding effect by adding 100 mg/kg of dry powder of Gardenia jasminoides fruit.
