摘  要:为确定冀东地区引种栽培丹参最佳采收期,以山东种源2年生和3年生丹参为材料,测定其药用和非药用部位在年生育期内干物质质量与活性成分积累的动态变化。结果表明:年生育期内根干物质质量积累呈“S”型曲线,符合Logistic方程;2年生和3年生丹参根干物质质量均在11月1日达到最大值,分别为48.90,230.86 g/株。2年生丹参根中丹酚酸B质量分数未达《中华人民共和国药典》标准;3年生丹参根中活性成分丹参酮类,丹酚酸B,水溶性和醇溶性浸出物质量分数均在9月17日达到最大值,分别为0.27%,3.01%,41.25%,17.00%。年生育期内,2年生和3年生丹参非药用部位干物质质量积累呈“S”型曲线,在11月1日达到最大值;3年生丹参非药用部位中丹参酮类和丹酚酸B积累量相对高,有一定的应用价值。冀东地区引种山东种源丹参最佳采收期为3年生9月中下旬。The dynamic changes of dry matter weight and active ingredient accumulation in medicinal and non-medicinal parts of S.miltiorrhiza introduced from Shandong provenances and cultivated in eastern Hebei Province were studied to determine the optimal harvest time of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The results showed that:(1)the root dry matter weight accumulation in the annual growth period showed an S-shaped curve,which was consonant with Logistic equation.The root dry matter weight of 2-year-old and 3-year-old S.miltiorrhiza reached the maximum on November 1,which was 48.90 g/plant and 230.86 g/plant,respectively.(2)The mass fraction of salvianolic acid B in 2-year-old S.miltiorrhiza root did not reach the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia.The mass fraction of active components tanshinone,salvianolic acid B,water-soluble and alcohol-soluble extract in 3-year-old S.miltiorrhiza root all reached the maximum on September 17,which was 0.27%,3.01%,41.25%and 17.00%,respectively.(3)The dry matter weight accumulation of non-medicinal parts of 2-year-old and 3-year-old S.miltiorrhiza showed an S-shaped curve during the annual growth period,reaching the maximum value on November 1.The accumulation of tanshinone and salvianolic acid B in the non-medicinal parts of 3-year-old S.miltiorrhiza were relatively high,which makes non-medicinal parts of 3-year-old S.miltiorrhiza valuable.The best harvest time of S.miltiorrhiza introduced from Shandong provenances to eastern Hebei Province is middle to late September.
