摘 要:设计洪水是水电站工程规模论证的基础。以马来西亚Baleh水电工程为例,提供了基于水位观测资料的坝址设计洪水计算方法,以及资料短缺情况下坝址可能最大洪水PMF分析方法,基于马来西亚政府刊印的水文手册的小区域设计暴雨、设计洪水估算方法。通过多方法计算、定性评价等,合理确定了设计洪水,满足工程设计需要。Design flood is a basic parameter for the scale demonstration of hydropower projects. Taking the Malaysia Baleh Hydropower Project as an example, this paper introduces the design flood calculation method of the dam site based on water level observation data, the PMP analysis method of the possible maximum flood of the dam site with lack of information, and the estimation method of the design storm and design flood in small areas based on hydrological manuals published by Malaysian government. Then, the design flood is reasonably determined through the calculations with various methods and qualitative evaluation to meet the design requirement of the project.
