摘  要:由于气象条件的复杂性,露天布置的高压设备运行环境较为严酷,在系统及大气过电压、环境污染、不利天气条件等多重因素共同作用下,设备瓷套管外绝缘闪络事故时有发生,对厂站及电网安全稳定运行造成极大危害。通过对造成瓷套管外绝缘闪络的常见因素及其特点分析,并结合实际案例,细述了案例中主变压器高压套管外绝缘放电原因、放电类型、防范措施等,也针对不同类型闪络问题给出了相应的预防措施,以期降低事故发生的概率。Due to the complexity of meteorological conditions, the operation environment of high voltage equipment installed in the open air is rather harsh. Under the combined action of the power system and atmospheric overvoltage, environmental pollution, adverse weather conditions and other factors, external insulation flashover accident of the ceramic bushings of the equipment occurs frequently, which greatly endangers the safe and stable operation of the power plants and the power grid. The common causes and characteristics of the flashover accident are analyzed with practical case study. The causes, discharge types and prevention measures of the external insulation flashover accident occurred in the high voltage bushings of the main transformer are discussed in detail. Also, corresponding prevention measures are given for different types of flashover problems to reduce the occurrence probability.
