摘 要:针对某大型混流式水轮发电机组的定子铁芯叠装中,出现了定子铁芯齿背高于齿端,导致定子铁芯径向高差超标情况,通过对径向高差超标的原因进行分析,确定是定子铁芯冲片厚度不均导致,经对比分析多种处理方案,确定使用Nomex绝缘纸对定子铁芯齿端进行补偿,并且无需与铁芯冲片粘贴,减少现场施工难度,有效解决了径向高差超标的问题,在机组运行中取得满意的效果。In the stator core lamination of a large mixed flow hydro-turbine generator unit, the tooth back of the stator core is found to be higher than the tooth end, resulting in excessive radial elevation difference of the stator core. Analysis shows that the problem is caused by uneven thickness of the stator core lamination plates. After the analysis and comparison of several different treatment schemes, NOMEX insulating paper is used to compensate the tooth end of the stator core, as it does not need to paste the paper with the iron core lamination plates and the on-site treatment is of less difficulty. Thus, the excessive radial elevation difference problem is effectively solved and satisfactory performance is achieved in the operation.
