摘  要:为了保证计量标准的溯源性,使电测量变送器检定符合国家量值溯源要求,确保计量标准的稳定性及量值溯源的可靠性,通过对HX3303多功能交流采样检验装置建标中存在的诸多问题,以0.2级电压变送器和电流变送器为例,详细深入的介绍了电量变送器的不确定度评定的方法。In order to ensure the traceability of the measurement standard, make the calibration process of the electrical parameter measurement transmitters meet the measurement traceability requirements in national standards, and ensure the stability of the measurement standards and the reliability of the measurement traceability, this paper introduces the uncertainty evaluation method of the electrical parameter measurement transmitters. The problems existing in the standard establishment of the HX3303 multi-function AC sampling inspection device are analyzed. Then, the application of the uncertainty evaluation method is introduced taking the 0.2 level voltage transmitter and current transmitter as examples.
