摘 要:基于高坝洲水轮发电机组制动系统工作原理及风闸内部结构,针对在实际使用过程中风闸位置异常的缺陷,分析问题发生的若干原因,提出了解决措施,有效避免因制动系统风闸位置异常导致机组全速加闸或惰性停机情况发生。从近年缺陷统计来看,风闸位置异常原因主要集中在运行操作人员的操作不当以及缸体活塞密封圈失效两个方面,因此运行管理人员的操作流程标准化及对设备日常维护保养显得至关重要。In the actual operation of the braking system of the hydro-turbine generator units in Gaobazhou Hydropower Plant, abnormal position fault of the pneumatic brake is encountered. Based on the analysis of the working principles of the braking system and the internal structure of the pneumatic brake, possible causes of the fault are discussed. Corresponding treatment measures are proposed, which effectively avoid the occurrence of the full-speed braking or inertial shutdown of the units due to abnormal position of the pneumatic brake. According to the fault statistics in recent years, the abnormal positon fault of the pneumatic brake are mainly caused by improper operation of the operating personnel or the failure of the cylinder piston sealing ring. Thus, the standardization of the operation process of the operating and management personnel and the daily maintenance of the equipment are of great importance.
